Order Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

If your order has not been dispatched, we’ll issue a full refund within 14 days of your cancellation request.
If the item has already been dispatched, you must return it at your own expense (unless free returns were offered). Use a tracked delivery service and keep your receipt—we cannot issue refunds for items not received or delayed in transit.
You must return the item within 14 days of cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the item (or proof of return), using the original payment method.
Important Notes:
- Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original condition, including any tags or packaging.
- We may reduce or deny your refund if the item shows signs of use, damage, or is missing original packaging.

Extended Holiday Returns
For purchases made during December, we offer extended returns from 1st–31st December, allowing extra time for Christmas gifts.
