PRICING

All product prices displayed on our website include VAT, but exclude delivery charges. If the VAT rate changes, we’ll update prices accordingly—unless you’ve already completed your payment.
Payment is taken when your order is dispatched. In cases of late payment, we may charge interest at 2% annually above the Bank of England base rate.


PRODUCT INFORMATION

Unless stated otherwise, we are not the manufacturer of the products we sell.
Please note: Product colours may vary slightly due to screen settings or packaging differences. Always check labels and instructions before use.
We may make minor updates to product specifications or packaging for legal, regulatory, or technical reasons. These will not affect how the product functions.


DELIVERY & ORDER PROCESSING

We process orders placed before 4pm GMT on business days the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery options, times, and charges (including VAT) are shown at checkout and on our website.


DELAYS

If your delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, courier disruption), we will notify you as soon as possible.
If the delay is significant, you may choose to cancel the order for a full refund.
If we’re unable to fulfil your order entirely, we’ll cancel it and issue a refund.


CANCELLATIONS

You have 14 calendar days from the day of delivery to cancel your order if you change your mind.
To cancel, please contact us and return the items at your own cost (unless free returns were offered).
We’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving the item or proof of return.
Please note:

  • We refund standard delivery charges, not express options.
  • If the item is used, damaged, or not returned in its original condition, we may deduct a portion of the refund.

RETURNS (FAULTY ITEMS)

If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@asgharonline.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo if possible.
If the fault is confirmed, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and keep you updated throughout the return process.


WARRANTY

All products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects (excluding misuse or accidental damage).
If a fault occurs, we will repair or replace the product.
Please follow the return process to make a warranty claim.


YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

You are entitled to:

  • A full refund if your item is faulty within 30 days
  • A repair, replacement or refund if the item fails within 6 months
  • A partial refund if the item doesn’t last a reasonable amount of time, up to 6 years

PRODUCT USE

All products are for domestic or home-office use only. Please follow all instructions and safety guidelines provided by the manufacturer.
Modifying or altering the product will void any warranties.


CUSTOMS & IMPORTS

For international orders, you may be charged import duties or taxes upon delivery.
As the importer, you are responsible for complying with your country’s import laws and paying any applicable fees.
Your order may be opened by customs for inspection.


CANCELLING OUR CONTRACT

We may cancel our agreement with you if you fail to accept delivery within a reasonable timeframe.


LIABILITY

We are responsible for losses caused by our negligence or breach—except when:

  • The loss was not foreseeable
  • It was caused by circumstances outside our control
  • You did not follow usage instructions
  • The product was used for commercial or business purposes
    This does not affect our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

ORDERS BY CHILDREN

We do not sell to individuals under 18 years old. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must place the order on your behalf.


PERSONAL INFORMATION

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

These terms are governed by English law. You may bring legal claims in the UK or your country of residence.


ADDITIONAL TERMS

  • We may transfer our rights and responsibilities under this contract to another company.
  • This agreement is solely between you and us.
  • If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining terms will still apply.
